Nuclear Energy Instituite says 35 new plants needed in the US within the next 40 years.

Board Of Directors

Mr. Ryan Anthony Gibson, Chairman. Mr. Gibson has served as a Director on Vocalscape Networks Inc, a public company on the over-the-counter bulletin board. Mr. Gibson has also served as a Director of a mining company listed on the Pinksheets. He is currently the CEO and President of an Investor Relations firm called IR Investments Inc, located in Vancouver BC Canada. Mr. Gibson has over 8 years experience in international business, mainly within Canada, the USA, and South Africa.

 

Mr. David C. Hayes, CEO and interim CFO. Mr. Hayes has a Ph.D. in Accounting, has served as Director and CFO for Penn Biotech Inc, Tribeworks Inc, and as a Director on several public companies. Mr. Hayes served as CEO of a mining environmental remediation company in 1991 – 1993, which was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). Mr. Hayes has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in several private and public companies.

 

Dr. Michael Hitch, Director, has a P. Geo., aged 44, brings over 20 years of experience to the company. Dr.  Hitch most recently acted as the COO and Managing Director of Golden China Management (GCM) - consulting to TSX-V listed Golden China Resources Corp. Previous to joining GCM, he held positions as mining analyst for Clarus Securities Inc and Octagon Capital Corporation, and served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. He also held positions with Anglogold Ashanti, Echo Bay Mines Ltd, and Teck Cominco. Dr. Hitch holds a Master's degree in Geology and a Ph.D. in Environmental and Resource Studies. Dr Michael Hitch is also Assistant Professor of Mining Engineering at the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at the University of British Columbia.  His area of specialization is Mine Management, Resource Utilization, and Sustainable Mine Feasibility particularly where Aboriginal communities are involved. He is also director of several other companies.

 

Mr. Charles Rendina, Director, has an LLB from the University of British Columbia and has served as director and general counsel for Lightyear Technologies Inc., Lightyear Technologies (USA) Inc., Golden Mountain Ventures Inc., BPS ONE, Inc. Mr. Rendina has served on numerous private and non-profit boards including as President and CFO of the Sudden Valley Community Association. Mr. Rendina is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and of the Washington State Bar Association and has been advising public and private companies since 1989.

Mr. Paul T. Sarjeant, Director, a P. Geo., age 46, has been involved in the mining industry for over twenty years, with extensive experience in project evaluation and management for junior and senior companies in Canada and around the world. A member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, he's currently the President and CEO of Grandview Gold Inc., a TSX listed company exploring for gold in Canada and the USA. He has worked previously as Senior Geologist for Echo Bay Mines and was responsible for project evaluation outside of North America. Mr. Sarjeant has also had experience operating a successful securities business focused on strategic planning and investment analysis, during which time he earned a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

Dr. Peter Born P.Geo, Director, is a registered professional geologist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. At age 54, he brings over 30 years of exploration/mining experience to the company including project evaluation/feasibility studies for senior and junior companies in Canada. It also includes several years doing uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan and the Thelon Uranium Basin of the Northwest Territories, Canada.  He worked previously as Senior Geologist and then Resource Geologist with Western Mining (WMC) as well as being a consultant/senior geologist, modeling the Aquarius ore body with Echo Bay Mines.  He is currently working with RPS Energy Canada on natural gas plays related to high temperature dolomites and sedimentary zinc deposits (MVT) within the Appalachian Basin (USA).


Dr. Born holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences with expertise in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology, Basin Analysis, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy and Sedimentary Ore deposits.

 

Thomas E. Puzzo, age 40, is a practicing lawyer, based in Seattle, Washington, who also serves as of counsel to Catalyst Law Group of San Diego, California.  Mr. Puzzo’s law practice focuses on securities regulation and corporate finance.  Mr. Puzzo has represented numerous companies in raising capital via public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and counseled public companies in connection with their ongoing reporting and other obligations.  He has also represented underwriters in public offerings, broker-dealers in placing private offerings and venture capital funds and other investors in non-public investment transactions. Mr. Puzzo also has extensive experience in counseling public companies on maintaining compliance with Nasdaq, New York Stock Exchange and American Stock Exchange rules and Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board eligibility requirements. Additionally, Mr. Puzzo has represented established and emerging businesses with respect to intellectual property transfers and protection.  Mr. Puzzo received his B.A. from the Evergreen State College in 1989.  From 1989 to 1991, he attended the University of Leiden in The Netherlands, where he studied Philosophy and received a Propaedeutic Degree in Dutch.  Mr. Puzzo received his J.D. from Seattle University in 1997.
